As required by N.J.S.A. 52:27D-313 and in accordance with a Settlement Agreement dated June 22, 2018 with Fair Share Housing Center, below please find Borough of Closter’s status report as to its implementation of its Fair Housing Plan.

Any interested party is invited to submit comments to the Borough with a copy to Fair Share Housing Center, 510 Park Boulevard, Cherry Hill, New Jersey 08002 regarding whether any site no longer presents a realistic opportunity and should be replaced and whether any mechanisms to meet unmet needs should be revised or supplemented. Any interested party may by motion request a hearing before the Court regarding these issues.
